A commission is considered a business transaction between myself (The Artist) and  client.
The Client must be over the age of 18.
The Artist can decline a commission/trade without citing a reason.
Clients are welcome to post the artwork they have purchased with proper credit.
All artwork produced by The Artist is NOT permitted to be traced, colored, recolored or altered unless otherwise negotiated.
The watermark is not permitted be removed from purchased pieces.
Work will only begin once the required payment/deposit is met.
Image description must be decided before work is started. If the description is changed once work has begun, the Client will be responsible for additional charges equal to the amount of work put into the original product.
It is the Client's responsibility to provide all information relevant to the product both prior and during the commission process.
The Artist can not be held responsible for false or incomplete information provided by the Client.
For every commission, a WIP (Work In Progress) update will be provided once the concept sketch is complete. Work will only continue once approval is given by the Client.
Additional WIPs will be send at each phase (Line art, color etc).
Appropriate changes and modifications include 2 requests during the sketch phase and 1 request during additional phases. Any additional modifications will accrue a fee equal to the amount of work involved.
Every commission will be worked on to the best of my abilities and reserve the right to decline alterations that flaw the anatomy, perspective, etc.
A transaction can be cancelled and refunded accordingly if the Artist feels it is necessary.
If a commission is not started within 90 days of receiving the initial deposit, a full refund will be provided at the Clients request.
If there is no significant progress on a commission for a span 30 days, at the customer’s request, a partial refund will be given based on the terms outlined below in the payments and refunds section of the ToS.
Prints and Shipping
Prints and posters of digital pieces are available for an additional fee.
Traditional Pieces will be mailed to the client with an additional charge for shipping and handling.
Prints of pre-existing work are available in the Shop.
Reproduction of artwork is not allowed, this includes but is not limited to; prints, stickers, keychains, clothing, etc.
Payments and Refunds
All online transactions are handled through PayPal Invoices. I send an invoice to the client for review. Once approved, payment must be submitted within 14 days. Any payments received outside of this method will be refunded for the safety of both the client and myself.
All payments must be made through the client’s account. I will not accept payments for a commission by persons that are not directly involved.
The cost of a commission varies from piece to piece depending on complexity, media and desired rights.
Desired rights (reproduction, resale, editing, and commercial) must be negotiated beforehand.
I retain all rights not negotiated and/or paid for.
Full payment in advance is required for commissions under $100. For commissions over $100, a deposit of 50% is required before work can begin. The remaining balance can be paid once the piece is complete.
If the transaction is cancelled by either party, the client will receive a refund minus the amount for work already completed.
Payments are in USD. PayPal invoices can be paid with a PayPal account or a credit/debit card.
I can expedite a commission for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the image and my current queue.
A reliable email address is required as the primary form of contact.
Other acceptable forms of communication include Telegram, Facebook Messenger and/or Twitter DMs. Twitch Whispers, FurAffinity Notes and DeviantArt DMs are not acceptable platforms for communication on commissions.
Please refrain from asking for updates more than once a week.
I do not give out my phone number to customers.
While I do occasionally Livestream my work, I reserve the right to work on commissions offline.
